Ingredients:
2 cups buttermilk
1/2 cup oil
3 eggs
1 tablespoon honey
2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Beat together the wet ingredients in a large bowl. Then sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, dump them into the first mixture. Stir the batter until it's just blended. Fry the pancakes on a greased griddle.

Pancakes are one of the world's wonders, especially if you make them differently every time. We must have eight separate basic recipes around here - all the way from potato to cornmeal to apple - for any meal of the day.
